By creating an account or using Reportly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you're using Reportly on behalf of an agency or company, you're agreeing on its behalf, and confirming you're authorized to do so.
Reportly lets marketing agencies connect their clients' marketing/analytics accounts (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and Microsoft Advertising) and generate AI-assisted client reports from that data.
When you connect a client's Google Analytics, Meta Ads, Google Ads, Search Console, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, or Microsoft Advertising account, you confirm you have the authority to grant Reportly access to that data for the purpose of generating reports. You can disconnect any integration at any time, which immediately revokes our access.
Reports may include AI-generated summaries and insights (via OpenAI). While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated text can be wrong or incomplete — you're responsible for reviewing report content before sending it to your own clients.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access other users' data or accounts; attempt to circumvent rate limits, plan restrictions, or billing; reverse-engineer or resell the Service without our written permission; or upload data you don't have the right to process.
You (and your clients) retain ownership of the data you connect and the reports you generate. We don't claim ownership of your content, and don't sell it to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it operationally.
We aim for high uptime but don't guarantee uninterrupted access — third-party outages (Google APIs, our hosting provider, etc.) can affect availability. We may add, change, or remove features over time.
The Service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reportly is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including inaccuracies in AI-generated content or third-party integration data.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain sections (data ownership, liability) survive.
We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
